Required Skills:

• 5 Years + project management experience, self-motivated, independent thinker capable of managing mission critical objectives and effectively directing subordinates.
• Ability to manage/prioritize up to 50 concurrent in-house projects from inception to completion (minimal travel).
• Oversee dissemination of RFQs. Select and supervise Subcontractors and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and bid awards. Ensure contract compliance. Establish and manage realistic and committed project schedules.
• Manage details, timelines and milestones effectively to ensure projects are kept on budget and completion schedules are met.
• Strong written and verbal/phone communication skills to resolve conflicts with customers and subcontractors and monitor resolution of issues.
• Attention to details and timely follow up a MUST.
